- Case Information: On 09/27/2022 at approximately 2337 hours, CHP reported a motor vehicle versus pedestrian (hit & run). The location was SB Howe Ave N of Cottage Way in Sacramento. A bag with boots was located next to the decedent. A thorough search of area and the decedent's person yielded no identification. The cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries, and the manner of death is accident.
