  • Case Information: Found in a parking garage at 3rd and L Street. Fingerprints and dental x-rays on file.
  • Scars-Marks-Tattoos: She had a 2" vertical surgical scar on ​the right lower quadrant of her stomach.
  • Clothing: She was wearing an aqua T-shirt, a blue and green plaid long-sleeve shirt, a dark green “Member's Only” windbreaker jacket, tan corduroy pants, dark brown socks, and brown leather deck shoes (size 11M).

  • Other Distinguishing Characteristics: She had previous dental repair work done, however, she had only seven teeth remaining on her bottom jaw. All of her upper teeth were replaced with dentures. She reported regularly to a mental health care worker until she discovered he was affiliated with the County Mental Health Program. An acquaintance of the deceased stated that she often ate at a Chinese Restaurant at 8th Street between J and K Streets. She had been known to use the names, Amanda Defore with a date of birth 1/22/35, and often answered to the name Carol Houston.
