  • Other Distinguishing Characteristics: Decedent had arthritis in the back and legs and should have complained about being stiff and/or aching during standing, walking, etc. This person should have had a slightly “stooped” posture and walked slow, “shuffling” fashion. Teeth were natural and were in poor repair. This person had suffered numerous bone fractures in his life indicating a history of many accidents, assaults, etc.
