The victim was found on the east side of the Sacramento River approximately 150 feet north of the I Street Bridge. Body x-rays and partial fingerprints are on file.

He was wearing a blue jacket (no label, no size), brown corduroy trousers (Levi's), a brown belt, blue socks with white stripes at the open end), brown wing tips w/crepe soles (size 11D and no brand), a gray and white long sleeve pattern shirt with Mickey Mouse characters all around it (Kennington brand, size L), a white T-shirt (Russell brand, size M), a green T-shirt with yellow lining (Champion brand, size M), and yellow boxer type shorts. The green and yellow T-shirt had the name DANJACINTO hand printed on the upper portion of the shirt with a black felt marker pen.
