Case Information: On January 9, 2021 skeletonized remains were found in a homeless encampment located down the embankment off the eastbound Highway 80 approximately 20 yards west of the Riverside Ave/Auburn Blvd exit. A thorough search of the encampment yielded no identification. The remains were examined by a Forensic Anthropologist who concluded the decedent was a Caucasian Male between 40 to 65 years of age. His stature was approximately 5ft. 9in. to 6ft. 4in. The decedent had likely died 4 months to 1 year prior to discovery. The cause and manner of death are Undetermined. A forensic artist has created sketches suitable for public dissemination. Please see the attached sketches of the unidentified man.
