Case Information:
The Sacramento County Coroner's Office is seeking the public's assistance in identifying an unidentified man. On 11/13/2023 an unidentified male was found on the ground at Zapata Park located on 905 E. Street in Sacramento. A thorough search of the area and the decedent's person yielded no identification. He was altered and unable to communicate. The unidentified male was transported to Sutter Medical Center-Sacramento where he died days later, on 11/17. At this time, the cause and manner of death are pending further ancillary tests.
